We are delighted to announce commencement of the CPR Kids 'Knowledge for Life' class at Prince of Wales Private Hospital.
Combining common childhood illness as well as paediatric CPR and First Aid, Knowledge for Life is so much more than a first aid class. It is the opportunity to learn from expert critical care paediatric nurses and midwives who have experienced, first hand, everything they teach.
The 6 hour Knowledge for Life class is designed to equip you with a toolbox of knowledge, hands-on learning and real life situations so that you are prepared to take on the most common first aid emergencies and illness related situations that you may face - to keep your child healthy and safe right from the start.
Classes commence 14th June. Places are limited - click to book your spot today.
A lactation consultant is available on the postnatal ward 7 days per week.
The lactation consultant is available to see those women requiring addition breastfeeding support beyond what our experienced midwives can provide.
Breastfeeding education classes and the drop-in clinic are run by a lactation consultant.
